Is this you?

If any of this feels familiar, you belong here

You feel alone in it

The people closest to you don’t quite understand, and the isolation can feel as heavy as the betrayal itself.

You don’t feel like yourself

Your confidence, your sense of safety, even your sense of who you are can feel scattered — and you long to feel steady again.

You want people who get it

You’re ready to be in a room with women who truly understand — where you never have to explain or minimize what you’re carrying.

Not to “get over” betrayal — to carry it a little less alone

This workshop is for women and partners healing from betrayal. There is no “healing fast enough.” Wherever you are in your journey, this space is here to meet you with compassion, education, and connection.

A thoughtfully paced, trauma-informed experience

Learn & Understand

Betrayal trauma education and grief processing to make sense of what you’re carrying.

Regulate & Ground

Nervous-system regulation tools, guided reflection, and grounding exercises you can keep using.

Connect & Heal

Expressive activities, self-compassion practices, and opportunities for connection and support.

You’ll leave with take-home resources: reflection worksheets, nervous-system regulation tools, grounding exercises, self-compassion resources, and additional healing recommendations.
