A weekly, trauma-informed group for individuals living with the aftermath of a partner’s betrayal. Here, the confusion, grief, and hypervigilance you may be feeling are understood as a natural response to trauma — and gently, together, you begin to find your footing again.
Entry begins with a private assessment so we can make sure the group is the right support for you.
Discovering betrayal can shake your sense of reality, safety, and self-worth. In this group you are surrounded by people who understand from the inside — and by therapists trained to help you move through it.
Your reactions are treated as trauma responses, not overreactions. You’ll finally feel understood rather than alone.
Learn practical ways to steady your nervous system when triggers, intrusive thoughts, and anxiety take hold.
Reconnect with your own needs, boundaries, and sense of self — whatever you decide about the relationship.
Because betrayal trauma is tender work, everyone begins the same way — with a private conversation.
You’ll meet one-on-one with one of our therapists to share what you’re carrying and to make sure the group is the right fit for you right now.
If the group is right for you, we’ll place you in the next available weekly session — in person in Dallas or securely online. Groups meet weekly for 90 minutes, and during your assessment we’ll go over the available group times and find one that works for you.
You’ll join a consistent group each week to process, learn, and heal alongside others who truly understand.
Betrayal to Becoming is a periodic, structured workshop. This is an ongoing weekly group — steady, continuing support you can lean on over time. Many people find one leads naturally into the other; we’ll help you choose.
No, though many members find the group and their own counseling support each other well. During your assessment we’ll talk about what mix of support fits your situation.
This group is for you, as an individual. It’s a space centered entirely on your experience and healing, separate from any couples work you may or may not be doing.
Yes. The group is hybrid — join in person at our Dallas office or securely online, whichever feels safer and more sustainable for you.
Group sessions are $100 each. Your initial assessment is arranged when you reach out, and we’ll walk you through everything before you commit.
Healing after betrayal is possible, and it’s so much lighter in the company of people who understand. Reach out to request your private assessment.
Share a few details and we’ll reach out to schedule your private assessment. Everything you send is confidential.
