Betrayal Trauma Group
You’re not “too much,” and you’re not alone. A steady weekly space to heal after betrayal.
A weekly, trauma-informed group for individuals living with the aftermath of a partner’s betrayal. Here, the confusion, grief, and hypervigilance you may be feeling are understood as a natural response to trauma — and gently, together, you begin to find your footing again.

You’re Not Alone, and You’re Not Crazy
If you’ve felt isolated, ashamed, or like you’re going out of your mind — you’re not. The vigilance, the anger, the sleepless nights are your mind trying to protect you after betrayal. They ease when you’re finally in a room with people who understand.
You Feel Completely Alone in This
The people around you don’t get it, and you can’t exactly explain what happened — so you carry it in silence.
You Wonder If You’re Losing It
The obsessive thoughts, the checking, the rage then guilt. You’re not crazy — these are normal trauma responses, and they ease.
You Can’t Talk to Your Usual People
It’s too private, too humiliating, too complicated. You need a room where you don’t have to explain the basics.
You’re Tired of Pretending You’re Fine
Holding the mask up all day is its own exhaustion. Here, you can finally put it down.
You Need People Who Actually Get It
Not advice, not judgment — women who have stood exactly where you’re standing and made it through.
You Want to Feel Like Yourself Again
To stop just surviving and start healing, surrounded by people who understand.
The Group Is One Path — Here Are the Others

Common questions
Is this the same as Betrayal to Becoming?
Betrayal to Becoming is a periodic, structured workshop. This is an ongoing weekly group — steady, continuing support you can lean on over time. Many people find one leads naturally into the other; we’ll help you choose.
Do I have to be in individual therapy too?
No, though many members find the group and their own counseling support each other well. During your assessment we’ll talk about what mix of support fits your situation.
Is my partner involved?
This group is for you, as an individual. It is a space centered entirely on your experience and healing, separate from any couples work you may or may not be doing.
Can I attend online?
Yes. The group is hybrid — join in person at our Dallas office or securely online, whichever feels safer and more sustainable for you.
What does it cost?
Fees are discussed during your private assessment, so you have the full picture before you commit.
You don’t have to carry this alone
Reach out for a private assessment. We’ll walk you through everything before you commit.
