If you are a person struggling with affairs, sexual addiction, pornography addiction, or the spouse or partner who has been betrayed, I specialize with these issues. I support individuals and couples to move toward healing, growth and restoration with a focused treatment plan and specific counseling tools.

I obtained my Master’s of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. I have also helped clients from different stages of life and cultures through depression, low self-esteem issues, anxiety, stress management, spiritual issues, and trauma.

In addition to my specialization, I have also worked with children, adolescents, and adults as well as couples and make it a goal to create a safe, non-judgmental space for each and every client.

My counseling career began by working with the homeless population and also in a church setting offering mental health resources and counseling services to the Asian community in the DFW area. I am passionate about being a mental health advocate and breaking the stigma so people who are struggling can start to live healthier, better lives.

At Lifeworks Recovery, I strive to work alongside my clients to overcome hurdles due to sex addictiuon, porn addiction, betrayal trauma, as well as helping them heal from past complex trauma and achieve their best selves.

Lillian’s beliefs about counseling: “There is potential in every person to bring about change in one’s life even to the smallest degree. Counseling can seem daunting, or it feels like too much effort is needed to see results. The first step is is recognizing that you need help.” A wise teacher taught me, “The healing is in the telling.” Once you are ready to make changes in your life, the healing begins when you choose to share your struggles in a safe space with a counselor. If you are ready, I hope to walk with you as you take your first steps toward healing and living a better life.
